Refund Policy

Due to their nature, all wigs and hair bundles sales are final. All sales for wigs and bundles are final however, you may request a refund under the following circumstances:

- If the wrong order was sent out

- Item is damaged, must send picture and video proof within 24 hours of receiving. We advise taking a video of you opening your package as soon as you have received it.

- Returned hair or product must be returned within 7 days for an exchange or refund. All products must be unused/unworn, free from any odour or perfume. Items must be sent back in its original packaging, with all tags still attached and any merchandise which was included in original packaging

Please notify us at vanitypalaceworld@customerservice if you intend to refund or exchange any product of ours. When sending back your goods, please use a delivery service which provides tracking, insurance and signature upon delivery as we are not liable for any packages lost or stolen during transit. Once we have received your package, we will thoroughly inspect returned product, and refund/exchange accordingly (if eligible). Refunds will be issued within 5-7 working days, this also varies on your banking provider. If a package has clearly been used and has breached refund policy, your package will be sent back within 14 working days.

For hygienic purposes, used items are not eligible for a return.

Custom made wigs cannot be sent back for a refund or exchange unless there is a fault on our part (e.g., sent out wrong wig, specifications)

If the wig has been delayed well outside of delivery date due to our fault, you can request a refund.

Please ensure you send correct measurements when purchasing a wig, we will not be held liable for wrong measurements.

Returns are accepted for alterations of wig.
